The United Arab Emirates regulates personal data under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, together with its implementing regulations. The Ajman Free Zone is not a separate data protection jurisdiction such as the DIFC or ADGM, so the federal framework is the one that applies to us. Jordan's own personal data protection requirements apply to processing carried out from our Amman office.

Our website and its supporting services run on cloud infrastructure operated by service providers that may store or process information outside the United Arab Emirates and Jordan, including in the European Union and the United States. Where information leaves the country in which it was collected, we take steps so that it receives an adequate level of protection, including contractual safeguards with those providers that reflect the transfer conditions required under applicable law.

When you contact us, your message may also be processed by an automated drafting assistant that helps our team prepare a reply. Message content is used only for that purpose and is not used to train models or for advertising.

We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not transfer it outside the UAE or Jordan for any purpose beyond operating our website, communications and advisory work.

Enquiry details — your name, company or organisation, contact details and message — are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and are then deleted or anonymised.

Where you become a client, records connected to that engagement are kept for the duration of the engagement and for any longer period that applicable law or our licensing requirements oblige us to keep them.

You may ask us to delete your information sooner. We will do so without undue delay unless we are required by law to keep it. Where immediate deletion is not technically possible — for example inside a backup copy — the information is isolated from normal use and removed at the next scheduled backup cycle.
